Social Emotional Learning Curricula presented by 826 National and Stop Bullying: Speak Up

826 National and Stop Bullying: Speak up are launching curricula on 826 Digital with new Social Emotional Learning resources that invite students to write stories on kindness, compassion, and empathy. Educators can choose from a variety of writing standards aligned lessons to bring to their classrooms for free. The SEL Sparks and Lessons were inspired by the Inclusion Storytelling Project.


826 National Inclusion Storytelling Project

The 826LA Echo Park location was the first of eight 826 chapters to release and celebrate student work from this new collaboration with an event on December 7, 2017.

Scratch-CN Initiative: Everyone has a Story Project

MIT Media Lab - Scratch Project and Cartoon Network have partnered on a project allowing kids to share their stories using code to express themselves. "Everyone Has a Story" invites kids to share their unique experiences, interests, passions, and challenges make kids who they are. The project is introduced by K.O. and Enid, the quirky and lovable starts of OK K.O.!
